The Foundation of / for our country was/is family, faith ,and fortitude
secured by unifying people to principles and precedence in
writing that all may see and recognize the base of legitimate rules , duly incumbent upon all , based on common sense, and divine inspiration to allow for check and balance of power that the people may have true representative ( both money and men ***) united government as a democratic republic..
WHERE THERE IS A KING, THE KING IS LAW, ,WHERE THERE IS NO KING, THE LAW IS KING...
TO form the foundation of /to honor and secure rights for self governing and protection of rights against abuse and usurpation for order , with the
power of the pen, discourse and dialogue.

For Hope, JUSTICE,equality ,truth

From the Constitution of the United States we read

WE the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility , provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America

" to suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people is a chimerical idea "( Elliots Debates3: 537

" Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, thay have more need of masters" ( Smyth, Writings of Benjamin Franklin 9;569) ( I might add , judge not that ye be not judged, often the people are more virtuous than representatives, who in the natural order of things recognized, ( federalist papers ) when they obtain a little power , begin to abuse that power and assume unrighteous dominion...
In the interest then of perserving righteousness and truth and honor to principles and precedence, what must one do.. when the elected reps do not sustain the root of our freedom based on principles and precedence.?
Are the people with unalienable, and inalienable rights , ( See USA Declaration of Independence, and Utah Constitution ) endowed with divine protection for unity to initiate Citizens United Petition to recall ( after citing and giving notice of violations of Constitution for 30 days!!! )any of those who are found in violation of their solemn ( promise ) oathe , as a trust of the citizens by whom they are elected.?

*** If men would allow only women the vote, I would gladly give up the right to run for office..
I am obligated by my faith and heritage to sustain our liberty in law, and defend it against all enemies... both foreign and domestic..

For the cause of truth, liberty and peace AT PRESENT
I do solemnly swear ( or affirm ) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States ( ) against all enemies foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to same , that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of Citizen as Constitutional Guardian.

I hope to encourage/educate /empower the people to be the 4th power of the equation, in restoring our community, our state, our country to honor by initiating Citizens' United Principles, Correspondence and Constitution Integrity Committees in my district and any district.. recognizing unity in power of the pen , discourse and dialogue, in recognizing our profound blessings of liberty, precariously hanging in the balance, by the constant violation to our Law of the land , and usurpation of the rights of families to liberty and self governing; that the people are to be presumed innocent until or unless found quilty, and entitled to protection, not usurpation.... under the divine standard of order /the golden sceptor of our nations peace and prosperity for liberty, the United STates of America Constitution-Law of the Land, based on principles of peace for prosperity, which if honored would compliment "IN God we trust " as our bottom line.
